Got a new puppy? This package is perfect to start getting your new family member used to the salon and your groomer too! Even if your dog has a low maintenance coat it's still important to get these first visits done so your puppy is used to the environment, being handled and it's all part of puppy socialisation. With two deluxe packages to choose from depending on your dog's coat type, you get a starter kit for at home care included with brushes and other goodies! Our package is split into 3 stress free appointments

Appointment 1: ​

A Your puppy comes to visit us for lots of positive reinforcement, cuddles, treats and fun! We are getting your puppy used to a new, strange room but we make this a fun experience so it's somewhere your puppy looks forward to visiting. We will start introducing equipment, sights and sounds that are commonly used and get to know both you and your puppy more as well as give coat care advice for your dogs specific needs, and home care

Appointment 2: 

Your puppy will come in and we do a quick refresher on getting your puppy comfortable in the salon and with our equipment. Then your puppy will get their first bath, natural shampoo, towel dry, stand dried to slowly begin introducing the blast dryer and a spritz of doggy pawfume!

Appointment 3: 

This session your puppy will get their first whole grooming experience! This will include; bath, natural shampoo, full blow dry, brush, nail trim, paw pad trim, and if needed face tidy, hygiene areas and ear clean, finished with a spritz of pawfume
